Monarchs Academy Secure Number 1 Kyle Bickley

Monarchs Academy have signed a terrific number 1 to lead the team into the new campaign by securing the services of Kyle Bickley.

Kyle recently signed for the Monarchs for the 2023 Championship campaign and will now double up with Monarchs Academy in the National Development League.

At this level Kyle is one of the top riders with a starting average of 9.58 and will be looking to use this as a springboard to a strong season all round in 2023.

Monarchs Academy team manager Scott Wilson said, "Kyle's average of 9.58 undoubtedly marks him out as one of the top riders in the league and I'm delighted that he will be leading us from the front as no.1.

"The trick for Kyle and the Club this season is to maintain that high NDL average and translate it into Championship race points too. I've spoken with Kyle and he is very fired up to prove the calibre of rider he really is and to put down roots with Edinburgh Monarchs."

Edinburgh Monarchs Academy is the new National Development League team of the Monarchs for the 2023 season.
