The management of both Glasgow Tigers and Edinburgh Monarchs, have come to the agreement that their fans can buy Scottish Cup tickets for both home and away legs from their own club, meaning all proceeds for home and away ticket sales purchased by their own fans, will be kept by both clubs.

Glasgow’s Gerry Facenna and Edinburgh’s John Campbell hope that this arrangement will encourage more away fans at both legs, thus benefitting both clubs. The first fixture takes place at the Peugeot Ashfield Stadium on the 23rd March, and the return fixture is at Armadale on the 30th March. Tapes-up for both fixtures is 7.30pm.

For the first leg, Edinburgh fans can purchase their tickets through the Edinburgh Monarchs’ website at the standard Glasgow gate ticket prices below:

TicketPrice
Adult£17
Student*£10
Child 12 to 17 Years£10
Child Under 12 YearsFree

For the return fixture at Armadale, Glasgow Tigers fans will be able to purchase tickets online* via the Tigers website, or physical tickets can be purchased from the Tigers Den at the Edinburgh Pre-Matchday prices below:

TicketPrice

Senior£15.50

Child 12 to 16 Years£7.50

Tickets for the Edinburgh leg will go on sale from both clubs on Monday, as will tickets to the Glasgow leg purchased through Edinburgh. Glasgow home leg tickets are already available from Glasgow.

For both matches, a representative from each respective club will be on the gate to assist with entry for travelling fans.

Both clubs are optimistic that both fixtures will be well attended by both home and away supporters to add to the spectacle of the occasion, and providing this is the case, the clubs will look to place the Scottish Cup back on the fixture list for all future seasons.

Glasgow Tigers and Edinburgh Monarchs are also delighted to be offering a free coach to the away fixture for those who purchase an away ticket through their own club. Details of this will follow shortly.

*booking fee will be covered by Glasgow Tigers.
