There haven't been many times this season that we've been able to say it's been dry all day at the track but that's how it's been today and that's how we expect it to remain.

We,ve had a big advance sale of tickets so, hopefully, that suggests a good turnout for the visit of Sheffield Tigers as the Border Roofing Monarchs battle for three more league points.

Alan Longmuir of the Bay City Rollers will be along to witness the action and he'll see a Sheffield team greatly strengthened by the inclusion of guests Ricky Wells and Richie Worrall.

Advance tIckets for previously rained off

meetings that have not been used before are valid tonight although it is possible to pay at the gate which open at 6.30pm.
