At the second time of asking it looks like we'll get our home season underway at Armadale on Friday evening.

Although we have had heavy rain and heavy showers throughout the week the forecast suggests that we should have a dry day on Friday and that will allow us to open the gates at six thirty ready for the action to begin an hour later.

Sam Masters and Max Clegg should be arriving for the match against the Bandits better refreshed than had been planned. Both were due to ride at Swindon on Thursday evening but that match was called off at midday on Thursday saving our boys the journey south.

The Bandits will arrive with some hope of one of their better results at Armadale. Of course Theo Pijper and Matthew Wethers are track experts and that will be a boost to the team.

Advance tickets purchased for last week's match will be valid and last week's programme will be onsale with this week's at a combined price of £4 although anyone wishing to purchase only the Bandits programme can do so for £2.80 for our 32 page edition this season.
