Our two riders did very well in the GP qualifier at Abensberg in Germany on Monday and are now looking forward to the GP Race Off at th end of June.

It was a great afternoon in the German sunshine as Sam Masters and Kevin Wolbert easily qualified for the next round of the GP Qualifiers. Sam finished on 12 points and clinched second place behind Martin Vaculik. Kevin finished on 11 points and that was good enough to take him to a run off for third place with Peter Kildemand and Kim Nilsson. Kevin suffered an engine failure in that race so had to settle for fifth overall.

Sam and Kevin must now wait to see which of the Race Offs they will participate in. Both meetings take place on Saturday 27th June with one in Riga in Latvia and the other in Terenzano in Italy. If they are drawn to ride in Latvia it is likely that they will miss the Friday meeting at Armadale against Plymouth. If it's Italy then it is possible both will be at Armadale.

When they were asked which track they would prefer both said Terenzano so we await the announcement.
