The Border Roofing Monarchs head west this afternoon for their first test of the 2015 season at Glasgow.

It is the first leg of the traditional season opener; the Spring Trophy. The Glasgow Tigers are a much rejuvenated outfit this season and have high hopes for the forthcoming campaign.

Similarly, of course, the Border Roofing Monarchs have high hopes, thus this should ensure that today's encounter is keenly contested.

Proceedings get underway at 3pm today at Ashfield Stadium.
