With Craig Cook injured, Andrew Tully and Theo Pijper represent the Scotwaste Monarchs in the Premier Pairs at Somerset on Friday.

Only the three highest average riders are eligible for inclusion, which is why track specialist Matthew Wethers can't be included.

Andrew Tully's best score at the Oak Tree Arena in 7 visits with the team has been 9, though he has won a heat in the Premier Pairs in a previous appearance paired with Ryan Fisher.

Theo's best in Monarchs colours was 12 in 2006.

Our pair ride in group B against Sheffield, Glasgow, Somerset and Scunthorpe.

The next meeting at Armadale is on Friday 31st August when Monarchs race a double header starting at 7pm, against Scunthorpe Scorpions and Redcar Bears.
